Social Media Waiver

I, the parent or legal guardian of the Youth Participant, hereby grant permission to Bayside Youth Sports League and its affiliates to use photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of my child for promotional and advertising purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites, and printed materials.

I understand and agree to the following:

1. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Bayside Youth Sports League, its agents, representatives, and employees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I, my child, or my child's legal representatives may have now or in the future, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating to the use of these materials.
2. I understand that the photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings may be used without further compensation or notice to me.
3. I understand that all rights to the photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings, including but not limited to copyrights, remain the property of Bayside Youth Sports League and its affiliates.
4. I agree that Bayside Youth Sports League and its affiliates may use these materials in any lawful manner, including but not limited to advertising, publicity, and promotional activities.
